We were sold a car that was not supposed to be sold. Yr service manager told us that this 2021 Buick was supposed to go to have transmission repaired. We purchased this on a Monday night, Tuesday mornin Yr service manager told us that this 2021 Buick was supposed to go to have transmission repaired. We purchased this on a Monday night, Tuesday morning I had puddle of transmission fluid on my floor. We call dealership they said bring it back. On the way back engine light came on while trying to merge into traffic then transmission started slipping so I couldn’t speed up, had semi blowing horn at us! Once we got to dealership we talked to sales manager KORY HODGES he told us we made a deal, after explaining to him what happened he said you bought it. Service manager came out & told us it would be 2 weeks to get repaired & that it never should’ve been sold. We confronted Kory again he got mad & yelled ( yr backed out) not another word he would not talk to us. I have bought a lot of cars over the yrs I’m 62 I have NEVER been treated this badly, not a I’m sorry or could we sell you a different car just “yr backed out” service manager and fiancé man both apologized & said this not how we do business. Mean while we were 50 miles from home with no car, we called my sister who is 70 to come get us to take us home. So overall how do I rate my experience, I would say the worst I have ever had & dangerous driving a car that they knew was defective. That afternoon we went and purchased a similar car at another dealership. More
