Love my Jeep! After shopping online and in by Chicago, I was happy to find a Jeep dealer closer by home. I worked with Pete and he was very helpful on getting exact After shopping online and in by Chicago, I was happy to find a Jeep dealer closer by home. I worked with Pete and he was very helpful on getting exactly what I needed with payments and trade in. My Jeep was sent in from the Woodstock dealership & I was able to pick it up the next day. After signing everything, I was informed that the car was listed at 70 miles but was being delivered with over 2,400 miles from a Woodstock manager driving the car. The next day, I went to pick it up and everything looked great. I didn’t look it over too much because it’s a brand new car and Mt Carroll office told me they worked on it all afternoon and all morning to make sure it’s perfect for me. Once I got home I was so excited and wanted to share with my friends and family but noticed the Jeep was unfortunately pretty dirty inside with stains, backseat ripped and scratches inside as well as garbage wrappers. I called and spoke with Brandon and he sent a loaner car to my house right away. After that he apologized and told me they can’t sell me this new car in this condition. Brandon worked fast to get me another brand new Jeep within less than an hour! I picked up another new Jeep the next day and it’s perfect! They resolved my issue extremely urgently and I am very satisfied with the outcome. In the end, I’m not sure where the miscommunication was dropped and why they let a brand new Jeep get in that condition or let it leave the store, but they worked very hard to fix it asap😊 More
