Purchased a used Lexus RX350 on 6/27/2020. It did not have second key. Mr. Brandon Reininger gave me “We owe” statement for the original replacement. Told us to submit proof of purchase and he would reim have second key. Mr. Brandon Reininger gave me “We owe” statement for the original replacement. Told us to submit proof of purchase and he would reimburse. I sent multiple emails, with proof of purchase of second key from Park Lexus . He did not respond. I came in person and talked to him. He pretended he never got the emails- though we have all proofs of communication. He told me to send another email with proof I sent it called several times Till date I did not get any response from Mr Reininger or reimbursement ! I did not know a great dealership would do this to a customer. More
