I had a really great experience at Bob Tomes Ford, especially with this being my first time buying a car! I definitely have to shout out Brandon because he made the whole process so much easier and le especially with this being my first time buying a car! I definitely have to shout out Brandon because he made the whole process so much easier and less intimidating than I expected. He was very upfront and transparent with me from the beginning, answered all my questions, and helped guide me through everything without ever making me feel pressured. Since this was my first car, there were obviously a lot of things I was figuring out along the way, and he was patient and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. He even went out of his way to help me find a great insurance option, which I really appreciated. And outside of being professional and helpful, Brandon is honestly just a really chill and easy person to work with . The whole experience felt comfortable and straightforward. We went into the dealership looking for a car and upon walking in we met Brandon Rice and we told him he had ONLY 1 HOUR to sell us a car. No more, no less. What did he do? He ran his butt off and made de walking in we met Brandon Rice and we told him he had ONLY 1 HOUR to sell us a car. No more, no less. What did he do? He ran his butt off and made deals to get us into a vehicle that worked! He worked with us on everything and made it right inside that hour time limit. Never dealt with someone who was so honest and cared so much about the customer they were helping. We had a few hiccups but he always had a solution and even got me in the best vehicle he could find. Never beat around the bush and never was dishonest about the situation. I would recommend him every time and I look forward to continuing working with him to perhaps find other family a car they love! More
