Three and a half months without my truck and 10 round trips. I then took it to James Wood in Denton and the Service manager took a drive with me for almost 15 minutes asking questions the entire time. Less than two weeks later the issue was finally fixed. The other two simply assumed this or that, threw parts at the issue and never truly listened to me or actually test drove it prior and after to insure it was fixed correctly. AMAZING service, truly listened and most importantly fixed the issue. By the way it was two bent control arms, cam bolts and a minor bend in the frame. Drives like it did at brand new. At this point I won’t take my truck anywhere else. Period. More
