I dealt with Brandon, Nancy and Amanda. I was working with 10 different dealers shopping for a specific vehicle. Brandon didn't have the one I wanted but he took the time to listen to what was important with 10 different dealers shopping for a specific vehicle. Brandon didn't have the one I wanted but he took the time to listen to what was important to me. This team went over and above in the way of effort compared to all the other dealers COMBINED! We had taken a test drive somewhere else the day prior but after we took the test drive with Nacy we were blown away as to how superior her knowledge was compared to the other dealers representative. Brandon tried working out a dealer trade to get us exactly what we were looking for which was more effort than we experienced with all but 1 of the other dealers. When that wasn't successful he made us an offer we couldn't refuse even though it was a little more than we wanted to spend it was a very strong deal. The effort he made coupled with the fact that your dealership was local to our home are what was the determining factor in choosing your dealership. The best part was when we arrived at the dealership everything was as promised. No games. No argument. No nonsense. We run a sewing machine dealership and that's exactly the way we do business. I can't express how impressed we are with your team. You have a devoted customer at this point with three sons and a clientele of thousands of people that we will without hesitation be making recommendations to.
