Brandon was very helpful and candid. I knew what vehicle I wanted before I arrived, so he did not have to” sell” me. He and the finances fellow processed my paperwork quickly. Brandon has been extremely helpful, even after the sale. The staff are friendly, and they had the car I wanted at a good price. I did find the paperwork process to be longer than necessary, and was surprise The staff are friendly, and they had the car I wanted at a good price. I did find the paperwork process to be longer than necessary, and was surprised that a paper check was sent to pay off the loan on my trade. It’s a digital world, and paperwork/money transfer can happen in minutes with online dealers. All in all, though, a good experience. More

Brandon was wonderful. I wasn’t able to go to the dealership to see my vehicle so he took a thorough video to show me the car before I made my decision. I clearly asked what the health of this car was when I purchased it at an inflated price! Made two payments and it has some health problems……makes me wonder what we’re in for! Brandon sold me a car that he KNEW had issues but told me straight out his mouth that “it has no problems”. After I drove off the lot (not even 5 minutes) the check engine light came on and turns out there i straight out his mouth that “it has no problems”. After I drove off the lot (not even 5 minutes) the check engine light came on and turns out there is major problems to the car. They refuse to help me with these problems and basically went ghost. I am veryyyyy unhappy with perrysburg auto mall and WILL NOT be shopping for a car here again….. I DO NOT RECOMMEND perrysburg auto mall to anyone!!! Pleaseeeeee be wary if shopping here. More
