Brandon had us at hello One of the main reasons for this rating being a 5 star is due to how our sales consultant was with us. We do not like feeling that we are getting a One of the main reasons for this rating being a 5 star is due to how our sales consultant was with us. We do not like feeling that we are getting a sales pitch. Brandon Vogelsong was very professional yet relatable. We came to the Auto Mall after visiting a few previous dealerships. All we wanted to do was test drive a car or two however, before we were able to do that at other dealerships, we had to go in to an office, sit down and watch a sales person go through his computer entering as much information as he could about us without a deal even being discussed let alone test driving a car. Pitch after pitch was made and all we wanted to do was find a car that fit us. Well, we found one at the Auto Mall. Brandon took a copy of our D/L, brought the car around with a dealer plate and off we went on a test drive. He was upfront about the price, details, everything without any added pitch. It was very nice. We picked the car up the next morning where the finance dept. had already started out paperwork to make it smooth and in a timely manner. All in all we were very pleased and will be back for future car purchases. Thank you Brandon! More
