Noticed a rattle after picking up my Highlander.
After investigating what the noise was I noticed the compartment that holds the tire tools was in disarray. They were not secured in the compartment.

Never noticed the rattling sound before leaving my car for service and brake work.
Odd, hum…………where is the lost tool?
Took in for service, left with rattle noise!! So disappointed, since I’ve never been disappointed with your service department before and have leased several Highlanders over the years! 😞

Dealership ruined my battery by power washing my battery
without consent from me. My battery was short circuit by the water. I had to buy a new battery. I had pay out over $300.00. I went for oil change and

When I arrived my battery read good with a 604 cca. Service manager was rude. My advisor admitted he was the one who power washed my battery and not the mechanic. They pretended that i was talking with a consumer relations manager. The general manager pretended he was on my side and that they as a whole do not believe water can ruin a battery.
