Scott Davenport was the most professional salesman I have encountered in a dealer setting. My experience, from my initial phone call to the delivery process later the same day, was well worth the 90+ minute drive to the dealership. The car was perfectly detailed and the payment was exactly what I was quoted without any of the "smoke and mirrors" you get from the typical dealership. I was was so impressed with Scott and the dealer staff, I plan to return there for service with both of my Nissans, and I will definitely refer all of my friends to Scott. He is truly a professional in an that is sorely lacking people of his caliber. More

I told Walter up front that we weren't quite ready to make our purchase just yet...we hadn't decided exactly what vehicle we wanted. He took the time to go over all the questions we had and we spent time in two different vehicles that day. We left him without making a purchase. But, we told him that when we did, he would be the person we would come back to. We kept in contact with Walter until 2016...then life happened and we had to do other things besides purchase a car. Fast forward to 2017...Labor Day weekend. We have finally decided on our vehicle of choice and go back to Nissan of Cookeville to see Walter. After all this time, he remembered us and was so kind and patient with us (just like he was before). He answered all of our questions, got us (me) the car..well SUV I wanted and went over every "bell and whistle" inside of her. More than once, if I needed him to. Walter Lee is the best car salesman I've ever encountered! Ever. We also worked with Brandon Williams and Stephanie Boles. We were very happy with everyone that we worked with at Nissan of Cookeville. They all made this purchase of our 2017 Nissan Rough the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle ever! A special thank you to Walter Lee...he really is the best, most patient salesman I've ever seen...never pushy, always kind and knowledgeable...he really wants his customers to be happy! We're happy!!
