New Car Purchase I went to four Nissan dealers in Knoxville to purchase 2016 Nissan Rogue and was very disappointed with the sales personnel, poor customer service as I went to four Nissan dealers in Knoxville to purchase 2016 Nissan Rogue and was very disappointed with the sales personnel, poor customer service as well as car quotes. But when I called Mr. Brandon Williams, Manager at Nissan of Cookeville, he knew right away I was serious about buying a car and was very patient and respectful with me while negotiating car price. I'm very happy that he introduced me to Derrek St. John, Sales Consultant at the dealership. Derrek was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and took time to show us all the SUV features and ensured that Rogue is what we really wanted to buy without putting any pressure. He was always prompt to return our phone calls, text messages, and e-mails. He was very patient with us and made the car buying process extremely smooth. Pete Baymiller and Vince Triglia made paperwork and financing a piece of cake, respectively. To my surprise the dealership also provided one year of free service. Truly, it was a most wonderful experience that I had with Nissan of Cookeville. I shall highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Great buying experience I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, but my work schedule makes it very difficult for me to browse for cars in person. I had a good idea abou I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, but my work schedule makes it very difficult for me to browse for cars in person. I had a good idea about what I was interested in, so I contacted Nissan of Cookeville and was connected with Micah Rowland. I told him what I was looking for, he quickly found it and we worked out a deal entirely over the phone. We made arrangements for pickup of the new vehicle, and when I arrived it was detailed and ready to go. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. I was in and out in less than an hour. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Micah was great to work with and even contacted me after the sale to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Nissan of Cookeville to anyone considering buying a vehicle. More
