With a new addition to the family the wife and I decided it was tome to get a Santa Fe - three rows of seats, good mileage, great looks, etc. Bill was very accommodating during the day as I kicked tires and weighed a few option packages (for us it's all about the payment). We decided on the Santa Fe GLS, and couldn't be happier. Brandon took care of us (again) on our return visit that evening as Bill had left for the day. The process was smooth and seamless. Can't wait to take it in for service, their advisors and waiting area are the BEST!! More

From the moment I received an answer to an online question, to walking in the door and started working with Tracy, I felt like family. He truly made my buying experience delightful. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, The car I traded was a 1999, so there was much for me to learn with all the new technology. Always pleasant and smiling, no hustle or hassle. For me as a woman, that is very important. I was able to negotiate pricing that I felt was quite fair with Brandon Zimmerman. I thought about things overnight, made my decision and Tracy came in on his day off to complete the deal. He spent another 1 1/2 hours with me, making sure I was comfortable with the car.. Took a couple of pictures, as this was my Bday gift to myself, and sent me off smiling. Tracy,, and others from the dealership, have been in contact a few times to check in. I sent in with my 2011 Santa Fe for regular service, which is always handled quickly and efficiently. While waiting a walked the floor and was drawn to the new 2014 Santa Fe Sport. Not really looking to buy, I ask Brandon for help to see what the trade value of the current car would be. The trade in was a fair price and the discount off of MSRP from the 2014 was reasonable so I upgraded to the 2014. Overall I was impressed with the process from service to sales to financing and would recommend the dealer to anyone looking at a Hyundai. Really good value for the price and the warranty really can't be beat in this market. I will now go back to Brandon for a second car for my college aged daughter. More
