Just about my only issue is that the car needed an oil change. I did not see this until I was back home. The oil sticker said it needed to be changed at 100,264 miles. The odometer read 101,201 whic oil change. I did not see this until I was back home. The oil sticker said it needed to be changed at 100,264 miles. The odometer read 101,201 which was already above the recommended oil change mileage. I feel you owe me an oil change. The back door on the driver’s side kinda locks up and makes a popping sound—doesn’t shut easily. So far I have been pleased with the car…just have to get the tinting removed from the windows so I can see out…it is just too dark for me. More

When I called about the car, Tanner answered the phone right a 6pm and answered all my questions without playing games. I knew what I wanted and he was able to tell me what I needed to know. Natalie in fi right a 6pm and answered all my questions without playing games. I knew what I wanted and he was able to tell me what I needed to know. Natalie in finance sent me pictures of the car when it arrived and made sure I got the financing I needed. She went above and beyond in my opinion. I was able to buy the car electronically and through face time. Brandy also helped when I called to check on my vehicle and helped me sign the final documents when I went to pick up the car. It was the best car buying experience I have had. And they did not try and upcharge me 5-7K like other dealerships More
