But the team at the dealership made the entire process smooth, professional, and even fun! Cheryl in sales was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, upbeat, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right replacement. I can be a little picky when it comes to vehicle features, but Cheryl never rushed me—she showed me as many cars as I needed to see and even searched the wider database across other Auto Park locations to make sure I had every option available. And she found it: a cute, bright red Chevrolet Trax SUV that checked all the boxes! While my Equinox was being serviced, Braxton kept me fully in the loop with clear, professional updates on the parts installation. They even helped arrange towing from the breakdown location and set me up with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. The level of care and communication really stood out.
