Wait 7. 5 hour in the waiting room to have them tell me there’s no problem but truck is still doing same thing. wait times are 3+ hours with or without an appointment, so there is really no point in having a scheduling system in place. nothing is truly done correctly on the technician side and typically results in m so there is really no point in having a scheduling system in place. nothing is truly done correctly on the technician side and typically results in multiple visits oftentimes to another jeep dealership in another city, i only get basic work done here ie oil changes because with. this particular dealership i do not expect high quality work to be done outside of something as simple as an oil change/ tire rotation. one would assume there isn’t much you could mess up with that request but you would be incorrect because the tire rotation wasn’t even completed.
