Cory is a great mechanic. Teresa is good as well as Braxton for service advisors. I only gave 3 stars because after picking the truck up I noticed a clunk on the front passeng Teresa is good as well as Braxton for service advisors. So I pulled over, and it revealed a lug nut that had come off - likely was finger tight, but then they didn't hit it with the impact wrench. More

Although they did not have the part as they said and I had to keep my Jeep overnight only to pick it up with codes still in it, then they wanted it the next morning also and it was another half day. The time it took talking to the warranty people took way to long and should not reflect on the local service. But should be held accountable for the delays themselves... More
