Needs to set expectations for when work will start. I had to escalate the issue because I just wasn't getting any answers as to what was going on with my truck. The mechanics didn't put the engine cover back to escalate the issue because I just wasn't getting any answers as to what was going on with my truck. The mechanics didn't put the engine cover back on, and they left it sitting on my back seat. Not happy that they put a dirty engine cover on my leather seats that were just cleaned. There was also trash left in my pickup bed. Ricky was good to work with. More
