Trucks first oil change, it was odd though I called Landers and then looked at the email and the service was scheduled at Joe Cooper in Shawnee? I called Landers again and made another for there. Once dropped off everything was actually completed that night and received call at 0830 that my truck was done. I picked it up later in the day. No problems More

Service was good EXCEPT I had my tires rotated and included the spare in the rotation. I drove to work and got a warning that I had a low tire and it was the spare. So the technician rotated the tires included the spare in the rotation. I drove to work and got a warning that I had a low tire and it was the spare. So the technician rotated the tires but didn’t check the air in the tires and I had to add 10 psi in the spare that was now in the ground. It should have been checked at the dealership. So much for the courtesy check of everything! More

We just went in for an oil change and a minor repair and everything was great at Landers. But when I initially called to make the appt., I was transferred to some distant location and the lady kept telling everything was great at Landers. But when I initially called to make the appt., I was transferred to some distant location and the lady kept telling me she could not find our 2018 Jeep in the computer so she couldn't make an appt. for us. Crazy.... We've had this vehicle almost two years, and have had several oil changes in the past with no problem finding our vehicle in the system then. I was on the phone with her for over 20 min. when I gave up and called the Landers again and asked to be connected with the service dept. When I spoke to Braxton, he got us in right away.
