The salesman did not give me the information. I believe he should have. Perhaps he was not knowledgeable enough on this truck. When looking at it, we noticed the back tires were new in the front I believe he should have. Perhaps he was not knowledgeable enough on this truck. When looking at it, we noticed the back tires were new in the front tires were not, I asked about getting front tires. He said that shouldn’t be a problem. He would check on it. He did not check on it. When I went back to discuss with the manager, he bluntly told me he had no intention of changing the front tires. So they’re getting a one star review because they refused to put $200 worth of tires on a $60,000 truck. And the salesman was more interested than making a sale than having an informed customer. They did not have either of the trucks that they listed online on site when I got there and I was told by the salesman that yes they’re here come on in, but they were not. I did find a decent one, but it was used and it had brand new tires on the back, but it needed tires on the front. I mentioned this to the salesman and he said that should not be a problem after we finished looking at other trucks and I decided on this one I purchased it not thinking about the tires a day or so later when I got it to highway speed and noticed I went back and asked, inquired about the new tires and was directly told by the manager on site that they had no intention of replacing these tires. More
