I thought I was dealing with an honorable honest dealership. Unfortunately this isn't the case. Brayan Sanchez is your typical used car salesman and will absolutely lie to you as he did to me. I gav dealership. Unfortunately this isn't the case. Brayan Sanchez is your typical used car salesman and will absolutely lie to you as he did to me. I gave him two opportunities to be truthful and he failed on both occasions. I informed management of his deception and apparently they condone this behavior. They readjusted the price a bit as Bryan didn't use the advetised price. Brayan is still employed by BobSteele Chevrolet. Whenever dealing with the sales staff ALWAYS ask for the sales manager to review the proposal. My upcoming new car purchase for my wife will definitely not be placed with this deralership.. More

The car I bought had l less than 3000 miles on it when I bought it. I was told by the salesman since it was a 2025 I would get the points so I could purchase the front mats and back match as when I traded m bought it. I was told by the salesman since it was a 2025 I would get the points so I could purchase the front mats and back match as when I traded my 2021 equinox and I had already purchased those. After signing off and purchasing the vehicle, I was told since it was used I would not get the points. The finance manager offered me 50. I had purchased 5 behicales from Bob Steel. I asked them not to run my credit as I was pre approved. So they did against my wishes. I will not purchase another car there! Oh yeah, I just wondered More
