And I was a little disappointed that the truck didn't have much gas and they couldn't put any in because the cards were locked up. I felt that should have been done and ready for me before I arrived. I thought I was dealing with an honorable honest dealership. Unfortunately this isn't the case. Brayan Sanchez is your typical used car salesman and will absolutely lie to you as he did to me. I gave him two opportunities to be truthful and he failed on both occasions. I informed management of his deception and apparently they condone this behavior. They readjusted the price a bit as Bryan didn't use the advetised price. Brayan is still employed by BobSteele Chevrolet. Whenever dealing with the sales staff ALWAYS ask for the sales manager to review the proposal. My upcoming new car purchase for my wife will definitely not be placed with this deralership.. More
