This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from here. I had an appointment with Derek M. but he was working with another customer, which I was completely okay with. But that didn't mean I had to wa here. I had an appointment with Derek M. but he was working with another customer, which I was completely okay with. But that didn't mean I had to wait, oh no. Instead, Eddie helped me traded my Altima for a Rogue on August 17th. He was very helpful with the information I asked for and the process and was constantly checking up on everything going on behind the scenes of the trade and letting us know. Once Derek finished with the customers he was with when I arrived, he came over to apologize and see how we were doing, which is something you don't see at other dealerships. Everyone is so welcoming and always making sure everything is taken care of. The receptionist was very welcoming and even brought me some tea after I had finished some that I had brought with me. Even Stephanie remembered me and my mother from the last visit two years ago. I've been to three other dealerships before finally coming to Nissan, and out of the four, Nissan has taken the trophy for me. They don't just make you feel like a customer there to buy another vehicle or trying to push you into something that you don't want, they make you feel like part of the family. They work with you and make sure you're getting what you want and need. This will be the Dealership that I return to in the coming years for all my car needs and the one that I tell anyone who's buying a vehicle to go to! More
