My appointment was at 8am. At 12pm, I called the office multiple times and left a voicemail and no one returned my call. At 2pm, I called again to get an update and the manager At 12pm, I called the office multiple times and left a voicemail and no one returned my call. At 2pm, I called again to get an update and the manager was out to lunch and he would call me back with an update. At 415pm I still did not receive a return call or an update on when my car would be done. I contacted them again around 420pm and I was told the car was done. No one ever reached out to me to provide me an update. I am highly disppointment as my car was there 8.5 hours when I had an appointment made with limited work needing to be done. More
