I have been always satisfied with coming to the dealership. But my last experience I was not to happy. I have had 3 cars since 2017. Due to the fact I am always told they will get me a lower payme dealership. But my last experience I was not to happy. I have had 3 cars since 2017. Due to the fact I am always told they will get me a lower payment and that is not the case. However this time going into the 2021 Camry le they were able to give me a better interest rate. Then I was told they will pay 2 months car payment. And that would of been The month of April if it’s 2 months . My payment is due March 25th so only one month is being paid. Lisa was very accommodating and helpful. Nick kept his promises and got me a lower rate when johann offered me higher than I deserved being almost an 800 credit score. Nobody was able to pick me up from b promises and got me a lower rate when johann offered me higher than I deserved being almost an 800 credit score. Nobody was able to pick me up from budget rental cat but overall I love the car and have been looking for this for months. Thanks for trusting me and trying to hold it as I drove 4 hours. Why employed has email if they don’t replay back the emails.. after a service visit I got two issues. Somehow after I left the dealer I have to can back because it has no oil.
