You might aswell purchase from the dealership of the make you are purchasing; in my case it was a 2017 Lexus ES for the price I paid I could have gone across the street to JM Lexus for a better vehicle that was Certified from Lexus the vehicle I purchased was polished at all andas day passed I realize seats wasing in the best condition (yes it a use car and thats why I stated the vehicleare over priced). My sale women was cool not very knowledgeable but great at customer service.
If you consider Al Hendrickson just please inspect the vehicle from front to back in and out and make sure understand your bottom line number before signing especially if you are trading in a vehicle.

Perhaps the worst car dealer experience I ever had!!!! In

I currently lease a vehicle from them and received an email saying I’m invited to a VIP event and will do everything to get me into a new vehicle. You had to rsvp for the event, which I did but when I got to the showroom no one k we what I was talking about and called a manager named Brendan to help me. We talked and I said look I just don’t want to waste anyone’s time. He took my keys to appraise my vehicle and handed me off to a salesperson who tried to play a bait and switch on me. I only liked two colors of the car and she stated we don’t have any in that color and I said cool no problem I’ll just leave. At this point she stated the color only came on higher level cars and I said ok what’s the price difference. I was never told but she walked away and about 20 minutes later a vehicle pulls up in the level u was looking at and she stated, I didn’t know this was on the lot. I went for a test drive. At this point, I was happy with vehicle and she asked me what payment was I looking for, I gave her my low price, who doesn’t like a bargain. She goes to sales manager desk and I wait around an additional 30 minutes until a gentleman comes over to me and says to follow him. He takes me to a disgusting dirty interior office and I ask so what’s the number. He gets aggravated that I asked him that and said I’m figuring it out now. I said you don’t even have the number East. He gets more aggravated and says your payment is gonna be at least 100 dollars more. I said what’s the number cause now you priced me out to which he replied what do you think you were gonna pay. I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard in my life and I walked out. To add insult, when I got home I called Brendan and told him the story and he stated I will get back to you, I’m still waiting for that call. Never again Al, thanks for ruining a relationship!!!!!

I’d like to thank the dealer and Scott Zuckerman for NOT contacting me. It really doesn’t take much to salvage relationships but I guess this dealership missed that lesson. To make things easier, I even called and left a message in August and now today about the questionable service I received on my car. There is a game of telephone ring around the rosey when you ask for a manager.
Regretfully, I needed to bring my car in for service today and when I went to get my car, instead of having it driven to me, I was pointed to my car and told to take it. Great customer service and placing a customer in potential harms way. I asked to speak to a service manager and Gary Cann came to see me and agreed that she should have not done that. After he walked away and I got in, it appeared that there were scratches on the steering wheel and I called him back. He looked at it and picked it off and said it was muck. I said it doesn’t belong there and he walked away agitated. At this point, I was fuming. I called the dealer to speak to a manager and after several calls, I was connect to a Brendan, who claimed to be a manager. I told him about my experience with the dealer since August, and he could not care less to what I was saying, and said all he could do was help on a deal, but I would have to wait a few months to lower my payment. I responded to that by saying why would I want to buy a car from your dealer after the treatment I receive?? I also suggested to him to take this complaint and move it up the food chain to which there was no response and I hung the phone up. Scott Zuckerman I am awaiting a return phone call but I won’t hold my breath. Great case study in bad customer service.
