And it only got better from there. Once we were able to locate the truck I was interested in, these folks bent over backwards to make the deal with me. I found them to be very upfront and honest. There were a lot of xx fees in the initial offer (which is common at car dealerships). But by the time the deal was done, I believe it was a fair deal for both of us. I recommend this dealership. It should not take 4 1/2 hours to purchase a used car, especially when you come in wanting the car in your advertisement. I waited over 2 hours for my test drive. I had to haggle for about 2 more hours an especially when you come in wanting the car in your advertisement. I waited over 2 hours for my test drive. I had to haggle for about 2 more hours and finally ended up paying $2000 more than the advertised price. ( I accept the taxes, but bogus fees, add ons that should have been included in the asking price since the car already had them. And some were not even available because the auto was past the time and/or mileage limits allowed. You even added $1000 to the advertised price. ( Your salesman was forced to look at the advertisement online to see that I was quoting the price that you advertised the car for online. Only Brenden and my desire for that particular auto kept me from leaving. I now wait for you to repair the roof leak that I only discovered because it happened to rain during my test drive, otherwise my "as is" purchase would have left me responsible for the repair. I am left to pray that I have not made a huge mistake. More
