Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that my service took all day for three simple tasks. I was told that the reason for taking so long was because of a computer update. Because of time, my car did not receive a wash, which was part of the service plan. I had to pay to get it washed. More

Brought our 2019 Encore in for an oil change. I gave them the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. I'm not positive if I dealt with Adam or Brenden the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. I'm not positive if I dealt with Adam or Brenden, wearing masks and staying away from each other doesn't help in recognizing people. However, I don't think any "blame" lays at their feet. The people that perform the actual service may have "dropped the ball", so to speak, by not having cars washed after performing service. More

Sales person and dealership promise to warranty car for 2 yr Salesman promised that they would fix anything, even a scratch on body for the first 2 years. Within first 3 months of having this vehicle one of the Salesman promised that they would fix anything, even a scratch on body for the first 2 years. Within first 3 months of having this vehicle one of the tires busted, forcing me to move to the side of the street . I was out of town so luckily a man passing by, helped me change the tire to the donut tire. A tire shop was near by and I had to purchase a replacement which, I believe was over $150 to $200 to replace and a 3 hour wait for them to complete the job. I've only had this vehicle 2 years and I have had to replace 3 tires, possibly 4 of them. Keep in mind, this is a 2018 Buick Encore, purchased new in 2018. Second incident, I was visiting a friend in Phoenix Az and when we got off the freeway, I heard a loud scraping sound, I thought it was another tire. Unfortunately this time the skid plate fell off. Dealer would not repair, said that it was not caused by manufacture but was caused by me hitting a parking barrier. I tried arguing my point that I had not had an accident, but dealer refused to repair, they did what a mechanic in phoenix did, is tying up with zip ties since I refused to pay for the damage, again new car and expensive repair job with dealer. Third Incident, I was going to travel out of State but the alignment was off, took it to dealer, they did repair and was told that they had to adjust computer message. It was great driving a car that was no longer swerving, even on city streets. Fourth incident, again driving off the freeway ramp, skid plate fell off again, this time causing more damage to vehicle. Took to dealer, damage is worst now so I was quoted a $2000 repair estimate. I was also told that the Shock and bushings would need to be replaced and may have "underlying damages", this was written on the estimate. Fifth incident, at my home and trying to get to work by 8am, the car wouldn't turn on, no shaking, no effort to turn on, it was just totally dead. Called my Manager to let her know that I may be late because having car trouble...I kept insisting because I had no other transportation available. With much insistence, it turned on but the entertainment system went dark. I had no clue why it was totally dead and then turned on. I had made an appointment with dealer for that Saturday to check electric unit, but once I got it to start, more than once and entertainment system was back up, I cancelled the appointment. Next day at work, it died again totally. So our maintenance guy checked battery and after about 1 hr trying to get the thing back on, I called dealer and said this is enough! I have medical issues and I was stranded out in the AZ sun, it was 103 degrees that day. I told them that I needed this car to be completely repaired or I wanted an exchange for a car that was not going to leave me stranded elsewhere, I had been afraid to drive the car because the front end and skid section was taped up with Duc tape to keep skid area up and I could drive to work. I could not afford to put my health in further danger and I became demanding because after aligning car at a service provider, not the dealer, the car ran beautifully but with the last skid problem, the alignment was horrible. I couldn't stay in a straight line....this is City driving. I was just sick of having so many problems with a two year old vehicle with about 23K miles on it. So yes, I did demand to have this vehicle repaired or replaced. I am even prepared to get a lemon law attorney if I have another incident with this vehicle. It is not customer maintenance or reckless driving as the dealer implied when I requested a warrantied repair on all these occasions. One of the above repairs, I was charged I believe two to three hundred dollars and this was using parts at their cost. I have not put these issues with dealer on any social media either because all I've asked for is service, but I can no longer live in fear of being stranded anymore. These have all been safety issues. Me and my passengers could have been hurt in one of these incidents. I would still expect for upcoming problems beyond my control to be warrantied or I need the vehicle to be exchanged, without it costing me an arm and a leg, as this vehicle did. More
