Purchased quite a few Toyotas here - sadly new expectations have not been met. Current visit was like chasing your tail from one desk to another in the service department- our service advisor, Chris was really good but when I went to check on the progress and he wasn’t around I sought info from Adam - asked if he had a minute to help he indicated he did and then when I told him I was working with Chris he actually acted like I was a more of an inconvenience - wanting me to wait when all I was looking for was a round about time or when our vehicle would be done (had been waiting 3 hours at this point) This ain’t the first time Adam has been a challenge to work with- For the most part really enjoyed our buying experience our go to sales rep Brenen has always been a pleasure to work with. So it is now the service experience and Toyota not taking ownership of issues that is a challenge - More
