Purchased quite a few Toyotas here - sadly new expectations have not been met. First new vehicle purchase in a long time and running into recalls and other design issues dealership and Toyota do expectations have not been met. Current visit was like chasing your tail from one desk to another in the service department- our service advisor, Chris was really good but when I went to check on the progress and he wasn’t around I sought info from Adam - asked if he had a minute to help he indicated he did and then when I told him I was working with Chris he actually acted like I was a more of an inconvenience - wanting me to wait when all I was looking for was a round about time or when our vehicle would be done (had been waiting 3 hours at this point) This ain’t the first time Adam has been a challenge to work with- For the most part really enjoyed our buying experience our go to sales rep Brenen has always been a pleasure to work with. So it is now the service experience and Toyota not taking ownership of issues that is a challenge - More

Had the vehicle I wanted in stock and were nice to work with. Would not come down much in price though but did almost meet me halfway in price.
