Born in South Dakota and raised in San Diego, we moved to Phoenix in 1987 where I held my first automotive job as a service lot attendant for a local dealer. I have held several positions in a dealership setting over the years and absolutely love the automotive business. I can't think of doing anything else. My wife and I have 2 beautiful daughters and reside in San Tan Valley. What I like best about Subaru is our customers, without a doubt- they are the best!

My only suggestion would be that all warranty options be covered before the final price is established. Adding $2,000 to the price for extended warranties was a bit unexpected. More

A purchase experience that earned our loyalty I surprised my wife by turning into the driveway at the dealership with the intent of my wife and I test driving the various SUVs offered by Subaru to I surprised my wife by turning into the driveway at the dealership with the intent of my wife and I test driving the various SUVs offered by Subaru to narrow our search to one model. Charlie Webb spent a lengthy time with us in the Certified Pre-Owned area at the dealership examining the available vehicles, educating us on the features, and discerning our required and desired qualifications for a vehicle. He helped us identify the Forester as the vehicle meeting my wife's feature requirements for the vehicle. Charlie spent fifteen minutes with my wife explaining the features of the vehicle as she prepared for a test drive. The test drive consisted of a demonstration of the features and safety capabilities of the vehicle on highway and city driving. My wife determined this was the vehicle that exceeded her expectations. Charlie presented the pricing options for this vehicle and several comparable vehicles. His no pressure approach was appreciated because otherwise we would have walked. We decided to go home and examine our finances, discuss the different vehicles, and pray for guidance. We told Charlie we wanted to return the next day to try and complete a sale. He agreed to call us after arrangements with another customer he had previously promised to meet were complete. He called us later that night to discuss our meeting the next day. I called Charlie the next morning with a counter offer that I would bring a cashiers check to close. Charlie called back soon to say the deal was accepted and arranged a time to complete the transaction. We took our mother with us for the return visit. Charlie reviewed the documents, the documentation for the vehicle, and the Car Fax. He agreed to put my wife's alumnus license plate holder on the auto. Kent Beck guided us through the finance process. Kent was pleasant, efficient, and informative throughout the process. Charlie introduced my wife to her new car. He reviewed the features, programmed the clock, and helped us synch the blue tooth with her telephone. We left with a great car and a great experience. More

The amazing team at Subaru Superstore in Chandler not only helped make it happen, they literally got me into my dream car. As in: I had been dreaming of that exact car for months. Their friendly attitude, willingness to explain everything to me so I felt like I was making the best choice, and patience as I figured out everything made what can often be a stressful experience into a delightful one. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! More

Knowledgeable enthusiast We were deciding between a Honda CR-V or a Forester. Must say we have been Honda people. Talked to Seton our salesman, who by the way is a veteran, We were deciding between a Honda CR-V or a Forester. Must say we have been Honda people. Talked to Seton our salesman, who by the way is a veteran, we thanked him for his service first and foremost. My husband and I were impressed with the Forester and Seton was very knowledgeable, he said he owns 3 Subarus, which we found great knowing he believed in the product, not just there to sell a product but believed in it. The car has all the features we wanted and we sat down to talk numbers, although must say did not feel pressured like other places we had been. We got the numbers and deal we wanted and met Brent the finance guy. I must say 3 other people bought at the same time, people were buying not just walking out thinking about it. The one thing I found different in a good way they introduced it us to the service manager. Almost like you were joining their family and they wanted you to meet everyone. We left after Seton got our phones set up in car and told us to enjoy and we would be very happy with this car. We left feeling like we made a good solid decision not like we had in the past asking ourselves did we do the right thing. Very happy thank you guys. More
