My parents are elderly and had two cars to trade in to try to get a new reliable car for themselves. Given their limited physical ability to get out of the house, Brent arranged to have the appraisals done at their house and brought a vehicle they were interested in to see if Mom could get in and out of the car easily. Even after getting the paperwork signed at the dealership with my Dad, who wasn't used to driving after dark, Brent offered to drive him home. It's the personal touch and going out of his way to make sure my parents are taken care of is what makes the difference when people look to a dealership for a new car; not just the price.
