They were all super friendly, available to answer any and all questions, and did everything they could to make sure I had exactly what I was looking for. From my first visit I knew I wasn't going to buy my car from anywhere else. And even though it took me a year and a half to finally pull the trigger, they were always there to answer questions along the way. From start to finish I felt like I was working with friends I'd go out and have drinks with, not the creepy high pressure sales people I'd encountered at other dealerships before them.
