Can't Beat D&M, especially with guys like Brent Elliott! I'm new to D&M, I tried traditional car buying and felt like there was no transparency in the car buying experience. Not to mention, going from dealer I'm new to D&M, I tried traditional car buying and felt like there was no transparency in the car buying experience. Not to mention, going from dealership to dealership and haggling with a new "sales guy" each time. I learned about D&M from The Ticket on the radio and gave them a shot. I was contacted very soon after I reached out on their website by Brent Elliott...let me tell you...this guy is the epitome of customer service (The Ritz has nothing on him)! From the beginning he was transparent, efficient, knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to get me the truck I wanted, from after hours calls to emails at 5:30 in the morning. He worked within my budget and needs and found me the perfect truck. Two things he did that went above and beyond for me: 1. He was able to offer me a very fair price for my trade in, but he even recommended me to Carmax to see if I could maximize my trade in. Guess what...it did! I was able to use that extra money as my down payment instead of dipping into my own pocket. 2. Instead of letting me Uber back after selling my current truck, he picked me up, took me to the bank to deposit the check I just received and then dropped me off at home! How is that for going above and beyond the call of duty! He is the reason I will be a return customer and refer D&M to my friends/family. HUGE thanks to Brent Elliott and team. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. More
