Brent was the third DM leasing agent I worked with after the two previous never returned my calls AFTER taking my information & sending car options that weren’t relevant. After giving up and going a different direction, Brent called. Apprehensive and without a lot of time to dedicate to the car hunt I agreed. Brent was communicative, detailed, efficient and NOT a salesy-salesman. He understood my sense of urgency, frustration on past experiences. Within 24 hours, he found me a car, got it sent up from Houston. I when the car got here, anxious to get it I didn’t mind not detailing it. Brent insisted everything be just right for me. As a woman, car buying can be a mansplaining nightmare, one woman put armor on to start… not a single, “what I think you’re trying to say is…” or “here’s the mirror to check your kids in the back and your lipstick on.” I received the respect and treatment of a professional woman buying a car with her own money. I am so glad Brent followed up and pressed on when I was curt on the first call. He has our business for life. Thank you Brent, truly. More
