My name is Brent Heim with Lexus of Akron-Canton. I am new to the Lexus brand as of January 2025 but not new to the auto industry. I've worked as a sales consultant and finance manager in the auto industry since 2018 with several different brands. Prior to that I was in retail banking for 15 years in several different sales and management positions. Brent is the ultimate professional! He was fast to respond to my inquiry and very informative of the cars status. It was a newer used car to the lot and needed to go through the servi He was fast to respond to my inquiry and very informative of the cars status. It was a newer used car to the lot and needed to go through the service department for a checkup and a detail. He let Me know what was going on every step. He was proactive with my trades and financing so when I made the trip to the lot it was in and out! Everyone I interacted with was amazing. More

My wife and I were buying a 2007 Saturn Sky convertible (a really nice one). We were pleasantly surprised that we were treated like we were buying a new $70k Lexus. Our salesman Brent was great.
