The truck i purchased was gorgeous, it needed a headlight which they took care of immediately. After driving for a little I noticed a hum noise. They took it in and repaired it right then for me. They drove which they took care of immediately. After driving for a little I noticed a hum noise. They took it in and repaired it right then for me. They drove me to my house and picked me up when it was ready. I'm extremely pleased with their service and a big thank you to Tommy McNeil for being so great!!!!! More

First of all I would like to state the Venice Toyota is a great dealership. We were in Connecticut when we needed to buy a vehicle we chose the 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLe because I had the perfect blend of extra o great dealership. We were in Connecticut when we needed to buy a vehicle we chose the 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLe because I had the perfect blend of extra options yet the basic necessity for us it was a great choice. Now that we are in Florida we take our RAV4 to Venice Toyota for the maintenance schedule on our new car purchase Venice Toyota welcomed us with open arms even though we bought the car at a different dealership they feel like family to us. And I’m sure that after the warranty maintenance is over we will still bring our raft to them for maintenance after the fact. Their service department is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with in my experience with automobile dealerships. More

I received the recall notice called to schedule, informed @routine services coming due, committee to take care of all items and set time of appt for 9:30am. a bit disappointing I've used Venice Toyota before for service and they're fine. This was the first visit since the coronavirus pandemic and I was disappointed in them. At the cashier's desk where everyone has to pay, there was NO hand sanitizer. One pen for everyone to use. Sorry, not up to snuff. More
