The truck i purchased was gorgeous, it needed a headlight which they took care of immediately. After driving for a little I noticed a hum noise. They took it in and repaired it right then for me. First of all I would like to state the Venice Toyota is a great dealership. We were in Connecticut when we needed to buy a vehicle we chose the 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLe because I had the perfect blend of extra o great dealership. We were in Connecticut when we needed to buy a vehicle we chose the 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLe because I had the perfect blend of extra options yet the basic necessity for us it was a great choice. Now that we are in Florida we take our RAV4 to Venice Toyota for the maintenance schedule on our new car purchase Venice Toyota welcomed us with open arms even though we bought the car at a different dealership they feel like family to us. And I’m sure that after the warranty maintenance is over we will still bring our raft to them for maintenance after the fact. Their service department is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with in my experience with automobile dealerships. More

a bit disappointing I've used Venice Toyota before for service and they're fine. This was the first visit since the coronavirus pandemic and I was disappointed in them.
