As a lifelong GM customer I had an expectation that was exceeded almost immediately. The employees of Fred Anderson showed what a great car buying experience should be. Brent was fantastic at understanding exceeded almost immediately. The employees of Fred Anderson showed what a great car buying experience should be. Brent was fantastic at understanding my needs and budget. He worked every angle on the deal to make sure I left happy even communicating through text late into the evening to work around my responsibilities as a parent during the day. That’s going above and beyond and it’s becoming too rare in the world of sales.
