Brent Poling was extremely helpful and efficient! After we bought our vehicle he was gracious enough to take time out of his day to drive to my work and pick up the vehicle to have one thing serviced. When my 2011 toyota tacoma's payment got to be more than I could handle Leroy worked hard to get me into a truck I could afford and I didn't even purchase the tacoma from them. I recently purchased my fourth FJ CRUISER at the dealership. The entire experiece was pleasant and intense from beginning to end. My experience at Toyota of Charleston was excellent!! I have purchased several vehicles in the area over the last 10 years, but this purchase was hands down the best experience to date. My salesman, Bre I have purchased several vehicles in the area over the last 10 years, but this purchase was hands down the best experience to date. My salesman, Brent Poling was very friendly and didn't make feel like I was being pressured like most salesman do.. His product knowledge was very impressive, and one of the final decision makers of the deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone in the Charleston area!! I will be back for my next Toyota, and hopefully Brent will still be there to educate me on my next purchase!! More

Brent was our salesperson. He was super friendly and effective with assisting us make our final decision. He had a tremendous amount of knowledge about the car and Toyota. Brent was VERY honest on the phone when I asked questions, and even went as far as taking extra pics to send me before I made the trip there to look at the truck for my son's Christmas. I had alrea questions, and even went as far as taking extra pics to send me before I made the trip there to look at the truck for my son's Christmas. I had already got the run around with Dodgeland in Cola. with poor pics and a trip for nothing. No pressure sales is what got me, class act sales staff. Brent gave me time to talk with my wife on the phone alone and even to look at the truck alone as well. He even left late on his own vacation to finish the sale with me. This was the 12th truck I had looked at in less than 3 days and I knew if the pics were correct it was the one I wanted before making the trip. We are a Toyota family with 3 trucks now after just selling our 1995 T-100 which the 2004 Tacoma replaced for my son. My wife drives a 2007 4-Runner from James Irvin in Camden, and I drive a 2008 Tundra. My Tundra came from Toyota Center in West Cola. I'm glad I made the trip to Charleston, great truck and a great Christmas gift for my son. James Irvin had one I was looking at as well but they did NOT call me as I asked several times in emails....They just don't listen to the customer. Brent did. Thanks again Brent for a job well done.
