I started of in service for a routine oil change and ended up in sales purchasing a new car. You can really tell that all the employees are big fans of Toyota as well as their place of employment. Happiness in the workplace shines through so much here and I could not be more proud to have a Fred Anderson sticker on the back of my car. I used to HATE the dealership stickers on the back of cars and actually have paid to have them removed. Not again, I will drive that sticker around everywhere!! More

From the first step into the building; everyone was personable and happy to be there. Brent was the salesperson we dealt with and he went through the ropes of the Tacoma and Tundra and was very honest about the vehicles, unlike others that just want to make the money. He wanted to create a relationship with us and to purchase the right vehicle for me. Later on, we met Don and he was very helpful with assisting in making the deal. Further on, we followed up and met with Alesia and was a very truthful finance agent which was very helpful with guiding us in the right direction financially. Last, but not least we met Tonya after the truck arrived and she was very thorough with showing me the amenities in the Tundra! All in all great customer service and very happy I bought my truck from them! Thank y'all! More

We knew we could trust him to listen to us and guide us in the direction we wanted to go, as we discussed the pros and cons of this or that model. He is #1 in our book! We also enjoyed our interaction with Melissa in Business. She was efficient and had such an easy manner and beautiful smile. We have one suggestion which would, we believe, be helpful to the customer...that each employee wear a name tag, in large letters.for ease of reading. We will definitely recommend Brent and the dealership to anyone we meet who is contemplating purchasing a car. More

Quickest and friendliest car buying experience we have had As I’m sure others do also, we dread the car buying experience. It is usually an entire day at the dealership. This was not the case at Fred Anderson As I’m sure others do also, we dread the car buying experience. It is usually an entire day at the dealership. This was not the case at Fred Anderson Toyota. Brent was our salesman and we would highly recommend him. He was not your stereo-typical car salesman at all and that was quite refreshing. He was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to thoroughly look over the car and make a decision. He offered us all drinks and my seven year old took advantage of the free fruit and vending machines for snacks. The dealership was very nice and clean. There was even a charging station, which my son used for his tablet. We would highly recommend to anyone. More
