I had been at a previous dealership where I became interested in that model, but because of the inflated pricing and sharky, insulting sales behavior, I left . I saw a newer, turbo model of that car online at Fred Anderson. I had called ahead about the vehicle I was interested in to ensure it was still on the premises, since I live quite a distance away. While walking up, our salesman, Brent, was pulling the car up so it was ready for our test drive since I had called ahead. The car is beautiful, reasonably priced (actually below KBB value of what they could have priced it for) and had new tires and brakes. I immediately went for a test drive, loved the car and proceeded to finalize the purchase. Brent was very nice, accommodating (got my husband and I coffee) and listened to our needs from the start. He pulled the carfax before I could even ask! We also worked with Alesia to complete the final paperwork and she was great. Very funny and nice! They base their sales off of respect for their customers and the selling points of the car, not sneaky or arrogant behavior. They have won me over and I will go back and look for Brent any time I need another vehicle! More
