While looking at vehicles on a Sunday afternoon he was on the lot and guided me and my wife to the array of vehicles fitting our desires. During the sale a few days later he went well beyond the normal salesmans role and stayed late after closing to ensure he covered all details of the vehicle and our satisfaction was met.
