Best Car buying experience ever!! Went to the dealership without the hubby thinking I would not be purchasing the car I have been searching for for over a year...I was completely wrong Went to the dealership without the hubby thinking I would not be purchasing the car I have been searching for for over a year...I was completely wrong! I called first and spoke with Lauren Foster, who was super nice, so friendly, and so willing to help me anyway she could, and she is the one who lined up my appointment with Brent! As soon as I arrived at the dealership Lauren was there to introduce me to Brent, and that's when the best experience began! Brent and I went on the test drive, and I knew that was the exact car I have been looking for for so long! Brent was so eager to help me get this vehicle! After he worked his magic on the numbers I was leaving with my new car! My husband could not believe how easy the whole experience was with Fred Anderson!! My "friend" Brent made me feel like we had known each other for years, and made it so easy that I am still feeling like I'm dreaming! Then Brent sent me over to Christen to complete all the paperwork, and she was so very thorough with all the details and answered all my questions and concerns! Thanks to everyone at Fred Anderson and especially Brent for being so fast, friendly, and making this woman happy happy! Y'all are the best! Will definitely be back for all my car buying needs! More

That being said, once I found my car, I LOVED working with Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, even from 1,700 miles away!I decided to fly in, and drive my 2014 Kia Sorento back home to Denver, Colorado. Sales Rep Brent Poling and Business Manager Alesia Durr made my experience not only easy, but very enjoyable! Brent made sure the car was detailed and clean, while Alesia made sure all my paperwork was ready to go. I could not be happier with the buying experience. I was able to make and confirm a deal for a brand new 2017 Toyota Tundra over the phone with Robert without stepping into the dealership. Brent also worked with me prior to me visiting the dealership to establish a trade-in value for my older truck along with taking care of preliminary paperwork. When I visited the dealership to pick-up my vehicle, all the staff was very friendly and courteous which allowed my purchase to be quick, simple, and pleasant.
