Came in to trade my 2007 Toyota Tundra Crewmax XSP 4X4 Went on line and Chatted with Anna, who handled me with absolute professional attitude, talk to sales manager on my behalf, took pictures of the truck Went on line and Chatted with Anna, who handled me with absolute professional attitude, talk to sales manager on my behalf, took pictures of the truck I bought and met me at the front desk and put me in the good hands of Brent and your financial department. Brent and I talked for a minute about the deal I was looking for, and everyone went to work. I have to say every person I spoke to just couldn't do enough for me, treated myself and my wife with utmost respect, answered all of our questions with such patience. Everyone involved guided us as though they were life long friends, from the warranty advice and service to the financing. If I get you a crazy deal. My daughter and I went to the dealership for her to test drive a RAV. My daughter left with a new RAV. Still not sure how Brent did it. We will be back. More

Brent did awesome!!! I was nervous about going to Fred Anderson because someone had told me literally on my way there to not go there. So I tried a couple other dealershi I was nervous about going to Fred Anderson because someone had told me literally on my way there to not go there. So I tried a couple other dealerships and ended up at Fred Anderson Toyota anyway and I'm so glad I did! Brent was super knowledgable, helpful, and friendly! I had a tight budget and he worked on getting the price down multiple times and was able to get me into a price range I could afford! I would definitely recommend Brent! More

Brent was great! Management needs work. Very busy person so Brent did not waste my time and we got straight down to numbers. I saw on Toyota website they were leasing for $287/mo for SR5 Tac Very busy person so Brent did not waste my time and we got straight down to numbers. I saw on Toyota website they were leasing for $287/mo for SR5 Tacoma w 287 down. That's all me and my credit was spot on for that payment. Management, however, thought it was fun to offer me something in the 400s. Then offered me 330 before I walked out the door. Still not the advertised 287. I returned after shopping another dealership to see if trading my truck in could be worked on the deal. And this is why I don't like dealerships; they must start at a high number and negotiate. Just give me the best price since Toyota has already advertised a price online. They offered me 3300 less than what I owed on my truck and a pmt of 300, 13 over my target. I said great! I pay 13 over for my negative equity sure! Brent put my pay-off into the computer so management should have had it. They then were confused when I tried to confirm all that was due at signing was my first months payment. Brent began to sweat. New deal had to be proposed. I got 330/mo with step tubes and my truck paid off. It was fair but still worse than what I was offered initially for the same deal. Again, Brent was amazing! Management could enrich the car buying process by at least offering a person the advertised price and honoring a quote, no matter what the mix up may have been. Love my cool blue truck. Can't wait to find a name for her. Would be a lot cooler for 300/mo tho. More

I can't say I've ever wanted to give anyone in a car dealership a hug when I left but I actually gave these 2 a hug.
