We did some comparative shopping down the road, and saw a big difference in this area. The other guys also promised their "best price", which they then subsequently lowered. So their credibility became questionable early on. Not so with Brent! More

I contacted Fred Anderson Toyota through Dana in their internet sales department and had excellent response on my questions and a very competitive sales quote. Dana was not available when we visited in person but Brent Poling did an equally professional and competent job at showing us the car and ultimately closing the sale. He, Dana and Blake were a pleasure to deal with, my compliments to them and Fred Anderson. Definitely a better car buying experience than many of my past purchases. More

Brent and the Fred Anderson crew went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle that I completely love, and something I could afford on my income. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone in the market for a vehicle. These guys are the best around, nothing is ever gonna bring them down. AS A WOMAN, I WAS NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE-I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! My car broke down on a Tuesday, I needed transportation immediately. With no where to turn to and getting disappointed by other dealerships, at 4.a.m. Friday morning I found a nice car online at Fred Anderson Toyota Charleston in Charleston, SC. I immediately decided to send a inquiry on the vehicle I was interested in. After reviewing the carfax and etc. Before I even could get out of bed, I received a call immediately from the dealership from a sales rep name Danny who let me know the person I would be dealing with which was Brent Poling. They even let me know that the vehicle would be up front waiting for my arrival. I had never received such red carpet experience in my life and I hadn't even purchased the car yet. In despair, I arrived to the most pleasant experience salesman of my life. They were awaiting at the door for me. Escorted me to a seat and offered me something to drink. After we talked, we walked out to the car and began to discuss business. Brent was very knowledgeable of the car and what impressed me was his knowledge of paying attention to the information provided to him from the previous owner which made me feel even more secure in my purchase. Brent and Eddie both worked diligently and patiently catering to my every need and paid very good attention to what I wanted. I left the dealership in pure tears!! I hugged them both so tight because the rates and interest was affordable, even down to my monthly payments. As a medical student in college, this blessed me to know that Charleston has a dealership that can give me a home away from home experience. It wasn't about them making money, it was about them being passionate and professional in what they do, catering to the needs of the customer, especially as a woman, AND FOR ALL WOMEN, THIS IS A DEALERSHIP YOU CAN GO TO AND NOT FEEL LIKE YOUR GETTING RID OFF LITERALLY.. I NO LONGER HAVE TO FEEL LIKE A MAN NEEDS TO BE WITH ME TO HELP ME MAKE CHOICES OR ETC. I WILL COME BACK FOR MY UPGRADE! THEY EVEN GAVE ME HELPFUL ADVICE ON MY CREDIT SCORE FOR MY NEXT CAR PURCHASE!!
