Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston- Tacoma Purchase I am very happy with my brand new 2015 Tacoma. I didn't think I would buy new but Tacoma's really hold their value. Tonya was straightforward and down I am very happy with my brand new 2015 Tacoma. I didn't think I would buy new but Tacoma's really hold their value. Tonya was straightforward and down to earth throughout the entire process. She sold a car to my girlfriend the previous month and since she was trustworthy, I came back for myself. I worked with Alesia for financing and I can't thank her enough. She went out of her way and called the corporate office and got them to make an exception for me to be in the recent graduate program. It's two years after you graduate but I was at 2 years and 9 days. Tonya was not in when I came to pick up my Tacoma, so Brent met with me and handed me the keys. He was very friendly and was polishing my truck as I arrived. I enjoyed my experience with Fred Anderson Toyota and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More

We did some comparative shopping down the road, and saw a big difference in this area. The other guys also promised their "best price", which they then subsequently lowered. So their credibility became questionable early on. Not so with Brent! More

I contacted Fred Anderson Toyota through Dana in their internet sales department and had excellent response on my questions and a very competitive sales quote. Dana was not available when we visited in person but Brent Poling did an equally professional and competent job at showing us the car and ultimately closing the sale. He, Dana and Blake were a pleasure to deal with, my compliments to them and Fred Anderson. Definitely a better car buying experience than many of my past purchases. More

From our initial online contact with Dana and Joey to the sales floor interactions with Brent, and the business end with Blake, I can't think of anything I would recommend improving about the sales process. Also, kudos to Brent again for going above and beyond to coordinate with Service to install an option after we had taken delivery, and keeping the channels of communication open throughout the entire process.
