extended warranty refund Went ther April 11 and the finance manager Brent said he will do it then.He did not. Called the finance company no refund. Called Ford and was told PBF has not processed it yet. I do not like being lied to.The finance company told me 5 business days from when it was processed. Very poor customer service. Reported them to the BBB. Would not reccomend them to anyone. More

Dave did an excellent job explaining the differences in trim levels over the phone and an even better job showing me those differences when we met in person. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the invoice we agreed to on the phone was an exact match to what was presented to me at the dealership. I appreciate an organization that understands their products and has qualified people to work with the customer base. All in all I had a great buying experience. More

Wonderful Experience with Dave I was in the market for a new car but would consider a used car with low mileage and I saw Palm Bay Ford online. I do not do small cars and Dave understood what I wanted and tried his hardest along with the Finance and Sales Managers to make sure I got what I wanted. I won't go into the quality of the F-150 truck I bought or the satisfaction I had with the F-250 I traded because that's a no brainer - however - Dave Pariso made the selection process, trade-in process, and transaction process seamless and effortless. He is knowledgeable, informative, and quality driven. I actually contacted two other Ford Dealers in the near and not-so-near area of Melbourne Beach and Dave's steadfastness and no nonsense approach brought me to Palm Bay. More
