Amazing Experience!! I walked into Stoops Wednesday evening, expecting to waste my time and theirs. I met with Henry, and he was very understanding, listened to my concern I walked into Stoops Wednesday evening, expecting to waste my time and theirs. I met with Henry, and he was very understanding, listened to my concerns, assured me that we would give it a chance, and see what they could do. He introduced me to Brent Regenold in the sales department to discuss my application, and what I was looking for. Both of these guys were very respectful, and did everything they could. The next day, I left there with a 2018 Buick Encore, my first ever NEW car. These guys worked a miracle, and I will forever be grateful!
