I’ve been married for 29 years and we have three beautiful children, all proud graduates of Columbia High School. Outside of work, I enjoy drag racing, fishing, and family time. Great Service from the moment I stepped into the dealership looking for a vehicle. Wyatt knew I had a couple other vehicles in mind but didn't push me to buy the one at his dealership. He let me loo dealership looking for a vehicle. Wyatt knew I had a couple other vehicles in mind but didn't push me to buy the one at his dealership. He let me look over the numbers and after doing my research, I found the vehicle I saw at Bob Brockland Buick GMC was the best fit for me. Wyatt wasn't going to be there when we came in to sign the papers as it was his day off, so he introduced us to Ryan via a phone call and let us know that he would finalize everything for us. Ryan and Brent took care of everything from the paperwork to making sure the vehicle had a full tank of fuel before we left. Extras were offered and we did decide to take 2 of them after my husband and I discussed the pros and cons. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would shop there again. More

I AM Very dissatisfied. The truck still pulls to the left. that was the main reason I brought it in for service. you had the truck 5 days! It took 5 days to flash the brake The truck still pulls to the left. that was the main reason I brought it in for service. you had the truck 5 days! It took 5 days to flash the brake controller, align the front end, rotate a tire, put a thermometer in the air vent and get a reading, it's still not very cold A.C. and you had the truck for 5 days and put 135miles on it. You dealership drove it more than me so far, when I dropped the truck off it had 406 miles on it, when i got it back 535 miles???? what did you do go shopping, drop off the kids, take a trip? some one hade to put fuel in it. I would like to know why it was driven so much! that's not a test drive... that's joy riding.... The only thing that got resolved was the now the brakes work. not only am I upset and disappointed, i'm angry as well.. I was hoping to use you dealership for service and repairs: but I stick with my local mechanic instead. They do the work on time, complete the job. And don't spend over 3 h.r.s driving around trying to figure out what wrong... More
