I was FORCED to buy my vehicle back to Fritts Ford because Ford Motor Credit and Fritts Ford will NOT ALLOW any other company or dealership to purchase a vehicle with a lease from Ford. In order to en because Ford Motor Credit and Fritts Ford will NOT ALLOW any other company or dealership to purchase a vehicle with a lease from Ford. In order to end my lease I had to purchase my vehicle from Fritts so that they have my car in THEIR inventory rather than another dealership. This also enabled Fritts to give a commission to a salesman who did nothing to earn it. Also, I have reviewed my contract and have not seen anything regarding having to sell my vehicle only to Ford. Carmax offered my $4000.00 more than what Ford was willing to pay. Fritts and Ford Motor Credit won this round, but I will never purchase another Ford. More

The internet sales rep Maritza was great as was my sales rep Jordan Hundley, albeit he was green at sales. I very very much disapproved of the $5k above MSRP the dealership charged for the vehicle. I felt they were taking advantage of their customers and I hope Ford does something about their dealers who are charging above MSRP. I was not pleased when the sales GM, Nick Karmat because he never came over to greet me. The finance person was great and worked with me on putting together a extended warranty that matched my needs. I am pleased with the vehicle but only purchased from Fritts Ford because they had the model I wanted and I was in a jam to replace my vehicle. Had they removed the $5K over MSRP gouging fee that I desperately tried to negotiate out of the deal I would have rated the dealership much higher as their people did a good job, but because the star rating includes the ownership decision to gouge their customers they get 1 star from me. More
