There was no pressure and no "sales 101" tactics employed either, which I find extremely annoying. He LISTENED...and SUGGESTED...and didn't try to upsell. I went there and a suggestion of a friend somewhat reluctantly because I live in Glastonbury CT and the drive during commute time is less than convenient. I need to emphasize that this experience was well worth any inconvenience. They made every aspect of the sale painless and efficient. I went there 3 times...the 3rd being the pickup of my new REGISTERED vehicle. I just had to get the keys and drive away. One thing I noted was the immaculate service area. And by imacculate, I believe there was one car in it for the 3 times I was there. That confirms the reliability of a Honda and reinforced my decision. I will most likely do all my servicing there because I was so impressed by all the staff. A very special thanks to those I dealt directly with...Bret, Kathy and Chris.
