He mentioned how tall and un-attractive my family member was. I called and asked for a manager, Brett, and his tone was less than apologetic. I sat for an hour while they valued my trade and they never even showed me the vehicle I drove an hour and a half to see even after I asked to look at it. Worst dealership I've dealt with. More
