Unprofessional and unreliable I had been talking with Brett from Sunday night and all day Monday. We had financing ready for my jeep and everything was ready to go. He knew I was g I had been talking with Brett from Sunday night and all day Monday. We had financing ready for my jeep and everything was ready to go. He knew I was going to come today to pick up my jeep. I was told not to come because the jeep was getting new brakes, so to wait until I got the ok from them that it was ready to go. I was also told by benji in financing to check with my bank if they can beat Luther's 6.59%, so I called them not even 1 hour later they messaged me saying the jeep was just sold. My financing was ready to go, all I was waiting for was them to tell me to come get it. Never have I seen such unprofessional and unreliable service in a dealership. If you want great customer service and a reliable place to get your car, I would say do NOT go to luther brookdale. I would give this dealership and Brett zero stars!!!! More
